• Payment Terms: Payments are due as stated in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees, including interest, and could result in suspension of Services.

• Taxes and Fees: All prices may include applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges unless otherwise noted.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Service Area: Matador Izard LLC provides Services within Izard County and select surrounding areas.

• Scheduling: Delivery and installation times are estimates and subject to factors such as weather, demand, and road conditions.

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure clear and safe access for propane delivery and installation. This includes removing obstacles, maintaining proper driveway conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Services if conditions are deemed unsafe.

5. Safety and Compliance

Safety is our priority. Matador Izard LLC complies with all state and federal safety standards.

• Customer Equipment: Customers are responsible for the maintenance of their propane equipment unless under a maintenance agreement with us.

• Safety Inspections: We may perform routine safety inspections as required by law or at our discretion. Customers must report any leaks, damage, or safety concerns immediately by calling our emergency line at 870.368.0022.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds for propane purchases or Services will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with state regulations.

• Cancellations of service must be communicated in advance and may be subject to cancellation fees.
